Processing

Orders are processed and ship within 3–5 business days. During a drop launch this can run longer, and we'll say so on the product page if it does.

Delivery

Delivery within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on orders over $75. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address.

Note that the $75 threshold is assessed on your order total after any discounts have been applied.

Address accuracy

We ship to the address given at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we'll refund the items but not the original shipping.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, contact us and we'll open an enquiry with the carrier.
