Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags attached.

How to start a return

Email us through our contact page with your order number and which items you'd like to return. We'll send return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take longer to post it.

Original shipping charges are not refunded. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong item — in that case we cover it.

Exchanges

Because our drops are limited and we do not restock, we cannot guarantee an exchange will be available in your size. The fastest route is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order while stock lasts.

Faulty items

If something arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographs and we will replace or refund it at our cost.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
